Mini Basketball plays a crucial role in attracting youngsters, ages 5 to 12
years, to the sport of Basketball. Knowing the significance of this grass root
level development in any sport, the St Kitts-Nevis Amateur Basketball
Association (SKANABA) has selected Mr Eason Robert Pemberton, to
participate in a Mini Basketball Convention that will be held over the
period December 12th to 16th, 2019, in San Salvador, El Salvador.

The 4-day convention organized by the International Basketball
Foundation (IBF) and the Federation Internationale de Basketball (FIBA)
will focus on the following key objectives:

genders (in line with FIBA’s strategy).
b) Providing guidance and create revenue opportunities for Member
National Federations and stakeholders like schools and clubs.
c) Provide participants with the necessary tools required in order to
continue to boost the development of mini basketball in their
respective countries.
