The Board of Governors of the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following full-time position with effect from August 2018:




Qualification and Experience

  • Applicants must possess an Associates’ Degree in Culinary Arts and at least three (3) years of industry experience


  • Applicants must possess at least ten (10) years of industry experience


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare supplies and set up equipment and tools for the kitchen practical sessions
  2. Assist with monitoring students during the kitchen practical sessions
  3. Ensure that equipment and tools are cleaned by students and returned to their storage area
  4. Assist with keeping stock of equipment, tools and supplies and recommendations for ordering
  5. Clean and maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  1. Prepare weekly Activity schedule of work and submit to the Director of Hospitality Services
  2. Maintain Activity Log for work done
  3. Assist with maintaining Occupational Health and Safety Standards in the kitchen
  4. Assist with the catering of College events, including poster creation, menu planning, ordering and storage of supplies, food preparation, assembling short orders and serving
  5. Any with any other related duties
