As of Saturday, February 13, 2021 the Federation has confirmed one additional case ofcoronavirus disease. The national landed in the Federation on January 30, 2021 from the UnitedStates of America (USA). The patient has been in quarantine at one of the COVID-19 certifiedhotels since arrival. The patient was duly notified and is now in isolation. This additional case brings the total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases to 41 with 29cases for St. Kitts and 12 cases for Nevis. Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Ambassador Irwin LaRocque expressed profound thanks to the Honourable Mia Mottley Prime Minister of Barbados for her provision of Covid-19 vaccines for the staff of the CARICOM Secretariat.
